Truck Monkey Garage® provide three service plans to choose from. The regular, full and major services provide up to 66 points checked as well as all filters and fluids either replaced or topped up. Any parts found to be faulty or worn will be replaced by genuine or trusted supplier parts.

Working to strict guide, we check and tick off our work schedual as we carry out your vehicle service and is signed off by management when completed. A duplicate of this then gets handed to you along with your invoice and stamped service book.

This is the charge per hour for our expertise.

Being specialists in our field that offer a service unmatched in East Anglia, our charge reflects this; our hourly charge sits higher than a normal high street garage but below a dealership charge, although we possess the same skills as a dealership.

Our current hourly charge is £78 +vat per hour. Our charge is also divided into quarter hours so we charge to the closest quarter of an hour. 

Overlooked by a lot of garages during a service, the automatic gearbox. The auto gearbox is a complex but crucial component on your truck and requires a regular service that most garages cannot offer or understand.

For £349 +vat, we drain your fluids, change the filter, replace the fluids and adjust levels. Gearbox servicing is a lengthy process that most shy away from, however, we provide this as an addition to your service plan, as well as fault diagnosis and replacement of parts.

Part of our 'up to 66 point check' service is checking the water content value of the brake & clutch fluid. Below 2% is a safe level, If it’s in excess of 4% (showing red) you'll need a fluid flush and change.

Checking your braking and clutch system for safety is crucial to the standard we provide, and also overlooked by other 'local garages'. We will advise you of your options for a brake system or clutch service after checking your fluids, brake pads, shoes and brake lines and master & slave cylinders. Remember, you are driving tonnes of metal, if you cannot stop it, it is then a danger to you and other road users.

We have several systems to check the health and performance of your vehicle.

We are able to connect to your vehicle and see what is going on when your dashboard is warning you of a fault, not running correctly or is due for a specialist service schedule such as a DPF regeneration.

When diagnosing your fault, we’ll discuss your options and advice on the parts and repairs needed to get you up and mobile again.

We can supply new tyre from the likes of BF Goodrich, Cooper, Yokohama, Toyo, Maxxis and countless othersbrands and part worn tyres fitted in house including new valves and balancing as well as laser wheel alignment if required.
